
My key take away from the last 2 weeks is this. I am constantly calculating and aware of what I’m putting in my mouth. Some times it’s not the best, but I am aware. If I don’t have at least 8 cups of water by noon I feel dehydrated. I feel better. I have more energy. I’m not as bloated. My Gerd is better. I’m down from 216.6 lbs to 209.2 lbs. Yes! I believe it is a success.
