I’m Tina Myers, Bodybuilder, keynote speaker, coach, and the voice behind a movement that says strength has no expiration. I’m not here to fit into an industry. I’m here to redefine it.

At 54, I’m in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically, not because it’s easy, but because I made the decision to stop living small. I faced real battles: Loss, grief, and years of quiet pressure to stay small. But I didn’t stay there.

I chose to rise, rebuild from the inside out, and take full ownership of my strength… mentally, physically, and spiritually.
